Signs you're ready for custom work
Every build starts somewhere. These are the most common reasons people bring a project to us:
- Parts are waiting in your garage. You bought them, but you don't have the time, tools or lift to install them.
- You want a different stance. Lowering changes the look and the handling, and it often means other changes to go with it.
- New wheels and tires need to fit. Wider wheels or different offsets can rub without extra clearance.
- You want more power. Intake, exhaust and engine changes work best as a plan, not a pile of parts.
- A project car has stalled. Sometimes a build just needs a shop to push it over the finish line.
- You want proof. Measuring results on a dyno tells you what each change actually did.
Plan the whole build
Modifications affect each other. Lowering a car can change how the tires fit and how the suspension moves. More power can put more stress on other parts of the car. Before we start, we'll talk through what you want the car to do and what the changes involve, so there are fewer surprises.
What to expect
Call or text us with the car, what you want to change and the parts you have. Once we've looked at the car, you'll get an estimate within 48 hours.
Custom cars are billed at $150 per hour for inspection and repair, and general vehicles at $120 per hour. Most work is finished within a week. Larger builds take longer, and we'll tell you up front.
We welcome customer-supplied parts. Our warranty covers new parts for 60 days or 3,000 miles, and labor for 60 days or 3,000 miles.
