What is your inspection and repair rate?
For general vehicles, our inspection and repair rate is $120 per hour. Custom cars are $150 per hour for both inspection and repair.
How soon will I get an estimate?
You'll get an estimate within 48 hours. You'll know the cost before any repair work starts.
How long will it take to fix my car?
It depends on the job. Minor repairs are usually done in 24 to 48 hours. Most work is finished within a week, and major repairs generally need at least a week.
How far ahead do I need to book the dyno?
Dyno services are usually scheduled about one week in advance. Book early to get the time you want.
Can you dyno an all-wheel-drive car?
Yes. Juice Garage has an all-wheel-drive dyno, so both axles are loaded during a pull.
What warranty do you offer?
We warranty new parts for 60 days or 3,000 miles, and labor for 60 days or 3,000 miles.
Can I bring my own parts?
Yes. We welcome customer-purchased parts. Tell us what you have when you book so we can confirm it's right for your vehicle.
Do you help with insurance claims?
Yes. If your repair is part of an insurance claim, we can help with the paperwork.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, cash, check, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Cash App and Venmo.
Are you open on weekends?
We're open Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Saturdays are by appointment only, and we're closed on Sundays.
